Story: 24 Hour Show Cancelled due to Rights Issues

It is with much regret and sadness that the creative teams of the 24 Hour Show, The Factory, Irregular Productions and Karen Muller have had to announce the cancellation of the upcoming 2012 show.

The production, which was due to take place on the 29th and 30th of June will now need to be postponed due to circumstances beyond the production team's control pertaining to the administrators of rights.

With the event less than four weeks away there would be insufficient time to obtain rights for a new show and prepare sufficiently to make the weekend a success.

The 24 Hour team have apologised for any inconvenience and heartache caused, and are offering refunds of any purchased tickets or pre-paid registration fees. It is expected that this refund will be expedited to payees within 14 days. The team have announced that if you have already committed financially they will be in touch about the refund process shortly.

Producer, Karen Muller said "Thank you to everyone who has supported this event - our sponsors, the participants, our audience, and most importantly, to the Muscular Dystrophy Association of South Australia for their understanding." she went on to say that "This event WILL be back! Make sure you sign up to the mailing list on the website to keep up dated."
